I found the hotel in a perfect location. the room provided a really spacious, clean environment with a nice view. i could easily access the main attractions and the best shops. It made sightseeing a total breeze. the choice of nearby restaurants and cafes was fantastic, so i could always grab a coffee or a quick bite.
the shower would leak slightly, and a little water came onto the bathroom floor.

the hotel provides a welcome drink and cookies upon arrival in the room; these were nice touches. i also found that i could get a discount on lunch at the hotel restaurant, that has a really appealing menu.

the breakfast was very good, and the selection included yogurts and pastries. the hotel also offers a lunch deal, however, i, unfortunately, didn't have the chance to try it; the menu did look very nice, though.

this hotel had a perfect location. it allowed easy access to rossio station and the e15 cable car station, so visiting belém was easy. the hotel sits in front of a lovely square.

the staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. i received great recommendations for dining and activities from them. they ensured i felt welcomed and supported throughout my stay.

the location was central.. public transport was very accessible. the breakfast offered a wonderful variety, including delicious granola with yogurt. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
i found the lack of sufficient electrical outlets in the room a bit inconvenient. i had to request a power strip to accommodate my devices, a temporary solution.

charming stay in the heart of the city

the staff carried my luggage to my room which i appreciated a lot. my room included a nice desk where i could write postcards. i found a fine restaurant conveniently attached to the hotel, what a great amenity. the location was amazing i could walk everywhere.
some of the walls in my room needed slight repairs i hope that will be addressed soon.

the front desk personnel seemed very attentive i noticed. the cleaning staff were also diligent i saw. their attentiveness was something i valued during my stay in the capital.

the hotel is next to a main square so i had good access to transport. the metro and a nearby train station were easy to reach. many major sites were within walking distance i noticed.
